SoCAL LOCAL : BRASS INCENSE ALTARS

kimiya’s mirror-finished + professionally-sealed brass hex altars include a precise cavity to uphold our SANCTIFY + HALLOW incense at a 90degree angle + fit most standard size incense /// the brass hex incense altars were conceptualized to house kimya’s aromatic botanical incense

for apotropaic use in sacred ceremony, for ritual practice, + everyday aromatherapy

  • kimiya’s brass offerings are locally + professionally sourced, sliced, polished /// due to the natural properties of this soft metal, each inevitably retains its own unique characteristics in regard to minor irregularities, which occur during production /// each brass piece may thus present with small imperfections

  • weight: .5 lb     diameter: 1.25”     height: 1.25"

kimiya’s brass offerings currently include the 1.25” hex incense altars

***note that the .333” cuts are embedded in our brass jesmonite coasters + are not for sale

care instructions

  • 1. due to the properties of brass + its mirror-finish, avoid wiping if possible, use polishing cloth, +/or only use non-abrasive materials for cleaning to avoid scoring

    2. avoid water so as to not tarnish

    3. do not use any portion of brass altar to extinguish incense

***although all of kimiya’s brass is professionally sealed, brass is typically comprised of copper + zinc, making it a softer metal, thus more prone to more imperfections if not tended to properly
